OIL-INSTALLATIONS OF PROCESSING CONDENSED HYDROCARBONIC RAW-MATERIALS (oil, gas condensate)

Oil-installations are intended for division of hydrocarbonic raw-materials (a gas condensate, oil) on several fractions: 3 - for receiption of such oil products, as black oil, diesel fuel, straight-run gasoline; 4 - for additional receiption ligroin; 5 or 6 -for receiption of additional solvents. At the heart of technology of fractional division of oil in our installations the unbalanced approach realised by means of devices of separators-evaporators of cyclonic type lays. The method and the device are patented!

Appointment and application of oil-installations

For practical realisation of oil processing we have developed various types of oil-installations. “C-3x”-series of oil-installations (‘x’ signify total productivity) is designed for producing 3 oil fractions: masut, diesel oil, straight-run gasoline; and can be recommended for oil producing companies, there where enough to take only qualitative diesel fuel, satisfying requirements of the State Standard Specification for work of diesel engines-generators and heavy motor-vehicles. Thus received masut and straight-run gasoline mix up with a considerable quantity of oil and send, conditionally speaking, to "pipe". “C-4x”-series of oil-installations is designed for producing 4 oil fractions: masut, diesel oil, ligroin, straight-run gasoline. Extractable ligroin - narrow fraction between gasoline and kerosene about 4 % from weight of initial oil. It allows to achieve conformity to requirements of the State Standard Specification such indicators of diesel fuel as viscosity and temperature of flash in closed crucible and to keep conformity to requirements of the State Standard Specification of gasoline indicators.

The distinctions and advantages

The contemporary instrument design of the large-scale methods of distillation of the hydrocarbonic raw-materials includes pumps, heat exchangers, pipe furnaces, and rectifying columns. The little-tonnage oil-installations of the primary distillation iterate the fundamental technological solutions of the similar large-scale installations. At the same time all the instrument designs of process of distillation differs high metal consumption and demands considerable capital investments.

High cost and complexity of little-tonnage oil-installations operation, executed under the scheme of large-scale oil-refining plants, compel to develop nonconventional technological decisions of distillation of the hydrocarbonic raw-materials, providing, first of all, or refusal from rectifying columns or considerable reduction of their size.

The last is connected with elementary ignorance in physical laws and first of all in Raul's and Dalton's laws. Besides, classical distillation (columns, plates, domes etc.) characterises itself the balance approach. In the physics the ideal balance processes are characterised by that they go infinitely slowly in the time and infinitely stretched in the space. And it means in relation to classical process of distillation, what than there are more a quantity of columns on oil-installation and than more they in the sizes and the more in them of plates and domes - the more probability of getting of fractions with the specified parametres from a some quantity of plates. And the dependence of such process on fluctuations of a percentage composition of initial raw-materials less. Clearly, what remaining within the limits of the balance approach it is impossible to reduce in the tens times the sizes of rectifying columns, their quantity and thus to provide steady (in relation to fluctuations of structure of raw materials) receiving of a qualitative product. If someone insists on the opposite, it is or deliberate lie or deception of itself.

   Offered by us the method of distillation of hydrocarbonic raw-materials and instrument designs of oil-installations for its realisation, first of all, are based on the unbalance approach, that allows to receive oil-products of high quality on the compact and small-sized oil-installation.

   The method of distillation of hydrocarbonic raw-materials is based on single evaporation and repeated stage-by-stage cooling at each step of distillation.

   The new thing about this method is that division into the steam and liquid phase at the all distillation stages is carried out in the cyclonic separator-evaporator, the construction of which not only provides the effective division of the steam and liquid phase, but also effectively limits an exit of steams of heavy fractions together with steams of easy fractions on the following step of distillation.

   Thus, the unbalanced approach, that we realized in division of the hydrocarbonic raw-materials (oil, gas condensate etc.) is based on gas-dynamic decision.

The advantages of this method on the practice
  1. Simplicity and reliability in service.

  2. High level of automation.

  3. Possibility of conducting the permanent account of the oil-products (raw materials and finished products) with accuracy within 100 ml, including a transmission of all data to the computer, and possibility of the remote control.

  4. High level of safety - pressure in a technological line is close to atmospheric pressure.

  5. Insensibility to fluctuations of the relative volume (%) of various fractions in raw materials.

  6. In finished products high percent of light fractions at preservation of quality indicators of diesel fuel.

  7. During work of oil-installation with some grades of oil and with a gas condensate the octane number of the received straight-run gasoline is at least 5-6 units more (by the motor method) than a similar indicator for traditional oil-installations

  8. Basic indicators of received winter and summer grades of diesel fuel practically at all points meet requirements of the State Standard Specification.

  9. Low materials consumption of the equipment: for example, the total equipment weight of “C-42” oil-installation with the output productivity of 20 thousand tons of raw materials at year makes up about 16 tons, whereas the equipment weight of the traditional analog is approximately 250 tons.

  10. In 40-50 minutes after starting-up, the oil-installation becomes completely ready for releasing finished products on required qualitative level (finished products are corresponding to all quality indicators).

  11. Possibility of work with 15%-productivity from installed capacity with preservation of quality indicators of finished products.

Configuration of oil-installation and its placing

Oil-installation settles down on the industrial platform having a necessary engineering infrastructure, including tanks park, security systems, accommodation spaces. The processing equipment can be located on the open area with a canopy and easy protecting designs or indoors. The area occupied with directly technological blocks for oil-installation by productivity of 10 thousand ton/year ("C-31") ~ 20х24 m, at height ~ 5 metres.

Development prospects

Estimating possibility of receiption of oil solvents on our technology, we have developed the project of receiption of solvent "nefras С1-80/120" at processing of 100 tons of a gas condensate at day and extraction by a method of the extractive rectification of such aromatic hydrocarbons, as benzene, toluene and xylene. The analysis of the received results shows, that at use of the given approach in processes of the extractive rectification and in receiption, for example, such products as solvents and aromatic hydrocarbons, economic efficiency of the offered technology is more considerable, than at simple distillation of oil.

Legal security

Now the enterprise has all necessary licences for designing, and also for assembly and starting-up and adjustment works. The certificate from the State Standard Specification has been received for our oil-installations in conformity with the Specifications 3683-001-79197684-2006.
